The Faculty of Engineering presented itself at the 30th International Engineering Fair

The Faculty of Engineering of the Slovak University of Applied Sciences in Nitra actively participated in the prestigious International Engineering Fair, which was held at the Agrokomplex exhibition center in Nitra. The faculty presented to the general public the study programs offered in the field of mechanical engineering, as well as the results of scientific research activities.
The presentation included a modern interactive stand, where visitors to the exhibition could see examples of student projects, simulations of technology management, as well as outputs from applied research in the field of intelligent agricultural and environmental technologies. The Faculty of Engineering stand also included a presentation of the modern Keyence VHX-X1 digital microscope.
"The annual participation in the International Mechanical Engineering Fair is a very good opportunity to show the public that the main priorities of the Faculty of Technology, a faculty with almost 56 years of tradition, include the connection to practice and the applicability of our graduates. I am pleased with the interest of young people in studying at our faculty and I believe that thanks to this form of presentation, we will arouse the interest of young people in studying technically focused study programs," said the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Gálik.
The employees of the Faculty of Technology also participated in the rich accompanying program of the fair. Associate Professor Cviklovič spoke at the professional seminar "Safety and Legislative Requirements of Machinery" with an interesting lecture on the topic "Safety in Autonomous Mobile Robotics" and the Vice-Dean of the Faculty, Assoc. Kosiba prepared a lecture for the conference organized by the ZSVTS "Challenges for Science and Technology in the Future" entitled "Prospective study programs at the Faculty of Technology of the Slovak University of Applied Sciences in Nitra = application of graduates in the market".
