Professional lectures for students of SPŠE S.A.Jedlik at the Faculty of Engineering of the Slovak University of Applied Sciences in Nitra

On January 20, 2026, graduating students of the S. A. Jedlik Secondary Industrial School of Electrical Engineering from Nové Zámky, led by the director PaedDr. Lucie Takácsová, visited the Faculty of Technology in order to attend professional lectures and find out about the possibilities of studying the bachelor's degree program Control Systems in Production Technology. Under the auspices of the Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Prof. Ing. Roman Gálik, PhD. Vice-Dean Assoc. Ing. Ján Kosiba, PhD. and Head of the UEAIF Institute Assoc. Ing. Vladimír Cviklovič, PhD.
During the morning, students had the opportunity to expand their knowledge with four professional lectures, which concerned the future of autonomous mobile robotics (Assoc. Ing. Vladimír Cviklovič, PhD.), image processing (Ing. Ladislav Tóth, PhD.), sensors (Ing. Lukáš Vacho, PhD) and 3D printing (Ing. Juraj Baláži, PhD.). Students showed great interest in the robots developed in the UEAIF Autonomous Mobile Robotics Laboratory.
