FARMER project meeting at Iranian universities

The Faculty of Engineering members, doc. Jozef Rédl and Ing. Ladislav Tóth, attended the FARMER project meeting at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University (SANRU) and the Babol Noshirvani University of Technology (BNUT) in Iran from 12.4.2019 to 18.4.2019. Both universities are located in the Mazandaran province of Iran near the Caspian Sea.

The goal of the meeting was to evaluate the results achieved in the newly developed Agromechatronics curriculum master programme. The negotiations among the project partners were conducted in the summer school lectures final form unification and specification of the time range of lectures. The technical advice and issues of the Moodle system for summer school lectures were presented. The participants discussed the possibilities of cooperation among the project partners and visited the scientific laboratories. Part of the meeting were also the visits to Khazar Electric Industrial Co. and Badeleh Machinery Co. which produce different types of equipment for agricultural production.
